Bill has worked at BYU since he returned from his mission in Italy in 1987. Over the past 30+ years, Bill has primarily worked in Financial Aid, including serving as the Director of Financial Aid at BYU-Hawaii for 2 years. Bill earned his B.S. in Psychology and Master's of Public Administration from BYU.
