Resources:
  • Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) can help you manage your mental health through clinical services, consultation and outreach, and mental health student development courses.

  • Intramural Activities are a fun way many BYU students stay active, maintain health, and build social connections.

  • The BYU Student Health Center is conveniently located close to main campus and helps students stay on top of their health.

  • BYU cares about your wellbeing! Student Wellness has a lot of different programs to keep you healthy!

  • BYU offers a variety of Student Wellness (SWELL) classes. These classes can help you learn a new sport, build healthy habits, or start an exercise program.

  • The University Accessibility Center helps make campus a more accessible and inclusive place for everyone. If you need academic or physical accommodations, they can help you!

  • Women’s Services & Resources helps address women's issues in a proactive and positive way to best serve both the women and men at BYU. They offer consultations, support groups, and other wellness services to help you thrive.
