Staying physically and mentally healthy is a huge part of succeeding at BYU. Prioritizing your wellbeing can also help you succeed in all other areas of your life.
  • Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) can help you manage your mental health through clinical services, consultation and outreach, and mental health student development courses.

  • Intramural activities are a great way to stay active, maintain your health, and build social connections.

  • The Student Health Center is conveniently located close to campus and can help you stay on top of your health.

  • Student Wellness has lots of different programs to keep you healthy.

  • Student Wellness (SWELL) classes can teach you a new sport, build healthy habits, and start an exercise program.

  • The University Accessibility Center (UAC) helps make campus more accessible and inclusive for everyone. They can also help with academic or physical accommodations.

  • Women’s Services and Resources helps address women's issues in a proactive and positive way to best serve women and men at BYU. They offer consultations, support groups, and other wellness services to help you thrive.
