My Financial Center is your BYU online finance system. The easiest way to take care of payments and charges is online with an eCheck.
1. eCheck (most preferred method) This method securely deducts payments directly from a checking or savings accounts. A routing and account number are required. To ensure that sufficient funds exist to process an eCheck, refunds will not be processed until 14 days after payment date.
2. Credit Card/Debit Cards Credit and debit cards can be used to pay tuition and fees, program fees, and short-term loans. A non-refundable convenience fee equal to 2% of the transaction amount will be additionally charged. No convenience fee will be charged for all other student account charges.
Credit Card Refund Policy: Existing credit card regulations prohibit BYU from making a refund to you in cash or check when you make a payment by credit card and there is an adjustment made to the charges paid. When you pay by credit card and there is a reduction in the amount of your charges, we are required to refund the amount back to the credit card that was used to make the payment. No part of the convenience fee will be refunded even though a refund has been made to the credit card.
