Paul earned a Bachelor's in Financial Services and a Master's in Public Administration from BYU. He began working at BYU in the Financial Aid Office as a student, then served as a Financial Aid Counselor for 9 years, and then as the Financial Aid Director for 6 years. He also worked for the Utah Higher Education Assistance Authority (UHEAA), BYU's Benefits Office, TIAA-CREF, and LDS Foundation.
He is now the Manager of BYU Financial Fitness. With 25+ years of experience advising students on their financial concerns, he's pleased to serve in this role at the university.
He also teaches SFL 260, Family Finance, at the BYU Salt Lake Center. He maintains a strong professional interest in financial education and enjoys helping students plan and prepare financially for their college years and for life beyond campus.
He has 5 children and 7 grandchildren. Life is good—and busy! As a return missionary from Italy, he loves all things Italian.
