I graduated from BYU with a BA in Math Education and taught math at Kearns Junior High for a few years. Then I spent 10 years working in scholarships as an Accounting Specialist, Scholarship Counselor, Student Service Coordinator, and Assistant Director of Scholarships in the University of Utah Financial Aid and Scholarships Office. I was excited about the chance to return to my alma mater to work in the Enrollment Services Office with the amazing students at BYU. Outside the office, I love spending time with my family, including my 35 nieces and nephews, traveling, and reading.
My goal is to do my best to understand students' diverse experiences and perspectives so I can support their success both inside and outside of the classroom, help them find the resources they need to thrive, and provide a safe space for them to share who they are.
