I graduated from BYU with a BA in Math Education and taught math at Kearns Junior High for a few years. Then I spent 10 years working in scholarships as an Accounting Specialist, Scholarship Counselor, Student Service Coordinator, and Assistant Director of Scholarships in the University of Utah Financial Aid and Scholarships Office. I was excited for the chance to return to my alma mater to work in the Enrollment Services Office and with the amazing students at BYU. Outside of the office, I love to spend time with my family, including my 35 nieces and nephews, traveling, and reading.
My goal is to do my best to understand the diverse experiences and perspectives of students so I can help to support their success both inside and outside of the classroom, help them find the resources they need to thrive, and provide a safe space for them to share who they are.
