Kevin worked for more than 30 years as an Information Systems Engineer in the private sector before joining Brigham Young University. He grew up in Southern California and moved to Utah to attend BYU after marrying his wife, Melissa. In 1994, he completed his bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Management. He was blessed to serve a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Catania, Italy Mission, where he developed a deep love for the Italian people and their cuisine. He and Melissa have been married for over 36 years and are the proud parents of four children and grandparents of five grandchildren. Kevin enjoys spending time with his family, reading, woodworking, teaching, and attending concerts at the BYU Music Building.
