Scholarship Contracts
A Scholarship Contract allows you to take less than the required credit hours to maintain a scholarship.
Final Enrollment (Graduating)
If you are graduating, you may receive a reduction to the 12-credit hour requirement for the semester immediately preceding your graduation. Scholarships will be prorated.
- If you have a departmental scholarship, and will be enrolled for less than 12.0 credits, your scholarship contract request will be sent to the contact person at your college/department for a review. You should be contacted in a timely manner regarding the results of your request.
How to Submit a Contract
Log in to the Scholarship Summary page in My Financial Center. Contract options are found under your Manage Scholarship menu in the upper right-hand corner.
