Is an ecclesiastical endorsement required if I am not a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints?
Yes. Individuals who are not members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints are also expected to maintain the same standards of conduct.
How do I obtain my endorsement if I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints?
Members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints may need to meet with their bishop or branch president for their first endorsement interview and a member of their stake presidency for their second endorsement interview, from the ward/stake in which their records are located.
How do I obtain my endorsement if I am currently serving a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints?

How do I obtain my endorsement if I am not a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints?
If you are not a member of the Church, you have the option of completing your first endorsement interview with your own religious leader or with a local bishop of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (to find a local Latter-day Saint leader, enter your address into the meetinghouse locator tool). For your second endorsement interview, you will be contacted by the university chaplain via the email provided in your application.
