Repeated Coursework
You may only receive federal financial aid for a class two times--when the course is taken for the first time and when the course is repeated for the first time.
The repeat policy applies if you withdraw from the class after the semester add/drop deadline, earn a grade in the class (A,B,C,D,E) or do not earn a grade (NS, I). The repeat policy does not apply to courses listed with an R-suffix.
Check MyAid Dashboard to see if repeats are affecting your federal aid eligibility. Having more ‘Enrolled’ credits than ‘Pell Credit’ is an indication that we may not be counting credits toward your federal aid due to repeats.
