Full-time Employee Registration

Employees and employee spouses who wish to take classes at BYU must first apply and be admitted to the university. The admissions process is the same process for all students; there is no special admission process for employees, spouses, and children. Appropriate application deadlines will apply.

Full Withdrawal for Full-time Employees or Spouses

If you or your spouse would like to withdraw from all daytime classes, you must do it with this online form. You must also prove that you went to your classes, or you will have to pay for a percentage of your tuition.

If you or your spouse would like to withdraw from all evening classes, you must do this through the Evening Classes Office. Once the withdrawal process is complete, a $10 fee will be charged.
