Full-time Employee Registration

BYU Employees can take classes if they are admitted through admissions or continuing education.

Employees and employee spouses who wish to take classes at BYU must first apply and be admitted to the university. The admissions process is the same process for all students; there is no special admission process for employees, spouses, and children. Appropriate application deadlines will apply.

Full Withdrawal for Full-time Employees or Spouses

  1. Daytime Classes:
    • If you or your spouse would like to withdraw from all daytime classes, you must use this online form.
    • Proof of attendance is required; otherwise, you will be responsible for a percentage of your tuition.
  2. Evening Classes:
    • If you or your spouse would like to withdraw from all evening classes, you must do so through the Evening Classes Office.
    • A $10 fee will be charged once the withdrawal process is complete.
