Submitting a College Transcript to BYU
BYU requires an official transcript from each college or university you have attended. This includes transcripts from colleges sponsoring concurrent enrollment programs taken during high school, as well as any CES Institute of Religion courses. Transcripts can be sent electronically directly from the college to BYU or by mail. You may also hand-deliver a sealed envelope from the college. Please note that BYU does not accept faxed transcripts.
Electronic Submission
Transcripts are most often sent electronically through services like Parchment or the National Student Clearinghouse, although some schools may send them directly to the recipient.
- If your school uses Parchment or Clearinghouse: Select BYU as the recipient.
- If your school sends transcripts directly: Have them email the transcript to collegetranscript@byu.edu.
